Reprise Pictures, Inc. (“Reprise,” “we”) runs reprisefilms.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Inquiry form. When you use “Start a project,” we receive the name, email address, project type, budget and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you and discuss your project.
• Newsletter. Newsletter sign-ups go directly to Substack, which manages your subscription under its own privacy policy.
• Videos. Films on this site play through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load only when you press play.
• Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Google user data

Reprise uses internal tools that connect to Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive through Google APIs. These tools access only Google accounts that belong to Reprise and its team, with the account owner’s permission. We use data obtained through Google APIs only to provide those tools’ features to the account owner, including AI assistants that help us read, organize and draft our own email and documents.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide those features or as required by law.

Reprise’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share with

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and deliver our email, including Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery), and only so they can provide those services. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry messages as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain normal business records.

To ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@reprisefilms.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
